Her grievance is to the office order dated 07.08.2026 (Annexure P-1) that transfers her from Community Health Centre (CHC) Nalagarh, District Solan to RNCS, Community Health Centre, Patta Mehlog, District Solan against vacancy. 2. Keeping in view petitioner’s impending superannuation in February, 2027, operation of the aforesaid impugned order was stayed vide order dated 21.08.2026 passed in this writ petition. The respondents have placed on record office instructions dated 27.08.2026. The said instructions are to the 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 effect that the impugned order was issued on the prior approval of the competent authority. 3. Since, it is not in dispute that the petitioner is to superannuate within six months, the impugned order dated 07.08.2026 is quashed and set aside. Respondents are directed to let the petitioner continue to serve at her present place of posting i.e. Community Health Centre (CHC) Nalagarh, District Solan till her superannuation in February, 2027.
