The petitioner-accused No.1 has relationship with the victim and now wants to get married. The victim is 17 years and 3 months today, but a child has already born. Therefore there can be no question of the stay of the proceedings or letting the petitioner out of prison though the petitioner is wanting to get married to the victim, since the victim is yet to reach the age of 18 years. 4. Therefore, the only order that can be passed at this juncture is a direction to the concerned Court to dispose the subject proceedings within an outer limit of two months/eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order, in accordance with law.
