By way of this petition, the petitioners seek the following reliefs : (i) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned notices dated 16.06.2026 (Annexure P-1), in the interest of justice. (ii) Any other relief, which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the petitioners. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the impugned notice dated 16.6.2026 for removal of encroachment has been issued, whereby the concerned Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat, Kunda has directed the demolition of the house in question, wherein the petitioners reside, by deploying a JCB. 3 4. Considering the aforesaid aspects of the matter, the petitioner is at liberty to file a reply before the concerned Gram Panchayat and in turn, the concerned Gam Panchayat is directed to consider the said reply and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, keeping in view that the rainy season has commenced. 5.
