He further submits that from 03.05.2024 onwards, the witnesses have not been examined. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police brought to the notice of this Court out of ten witnesses, five witnesses have already been examined and therefore, the trial could be completed within a period of 3 months. 4.Considering the fact that the case is pending for the past 5 years and the five witnesses have already been examined, there shall be a direction to the 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4730 of 2026 learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No.74 of 2020 on or before 31.06.2026. 5.
