1. Petitioner who is apprehending arrest in connection with complaint dated 21.04.2026 submitted before the Economic Offences Wing, Office of the Commissioner of Police, Railway Road, Gurugram, Haryana, is before this Court in this petition filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, seeking transit interim anticipatory bail for a limited period so as to enable the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Court at Haryana and file necessary application seeking anticipatory bail. 2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned HCGP on behalf of the respondent-State. 3. Perusal of the material on record would go to show that a complaint has been filed on behalf of the partnership firm known as M/s. Headway Supplies against the petitioner herein who is said to be the Proprietor of Mapzip Pvt. Ltd., alleging

that he is due to pay certain money to the complainant- company.
It appears that on receipt of such a complaint, inquiry notice has been issued to the petitioner and apprehending arrest in the said case, petitioner intends to file appropriate application seeking anticipatory bail before the jurisdictional Court at Haryana. Petitioner is now before this Court seeking transit interim anticipatory bail so as to enable him to approach the jurisdictional Court at Haryana. 4. Perusal of the complaint averments would go to show that the dispute is civil in nature and the parties have business transactions for a considerable period of time. Since the petitioner apprehends arrest based on the aforesaid complaint, he intends to file necessary application before the jurisdictional Court at Haryana seeking anticipatory bail. In order to enable the petitioner to file such necessary application, some interim protection is required to be given to the petitioner who apprehends arrest on his way to Haryana. Accordingly, the following order:
5. The petition is allowed. The petitioner is granted interim anticipatory bail in the proceedings pursuant to the complaint

dated 21.04.2026 filed before respondent no.2, for a limited period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, so as to enable the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Court at Haryana seeking necessary reliefs in the aforesaid case. In the meanwhile, in the event of his arrest in the above case by respondent no.2, he shall be released, subject to the following conditions:
1. The petitioner shall execute a personal bond for a sum of 1,00,000/- with one surety to the likesum to the satisfaction of the respondent no.2;
