In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the order dated 19.01.2026 (Annexure-K), inter alia, sought for a direction of respondent No.1 to consider the application at Annexure J, made by the petitioner. 3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the respondent No.1 has rejected the application made by the petitioner and accordingly, made an observation to maintain status-quo insofar as the revenue entries are concerned. 4. In this regard, the petitioner is claiming right over the property in question based on the Will dated - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:31374 WP No. 16743 of 2026 19.10.2022 (Annexure-F), which came to be probated by the Competent Court in P&SC No.47/2025 (Annexure-H). 5. In that view of the matter, following the declaration of law made by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of TARACHANDRA vs. BHAWARLAL AND ANR. reported in 2025 INSC 1485, I am of the view that the impugned order passed by respondent No.1 is liable to be quashed. 6. Accordingly, the order dated 19.01.2026 passed by respondent No.1(Annexure-K), is hereby quashed. Respondent No.1 is directed to mutate the entries based on the registered Will dated 19.10.2022 (Annexure-F), within a period of two months from the receipt of copy of this order. 7.
