In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make Director (J.E.P.C.)/party respondent who is a necessary party. 5. Prayer is allowed. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to make necessary correction in the cause title, in course of the day. 6. After perusing Annexure -5, it appears that the intent of the letter is that a final order of transfer is awaited and till then, the petitioner has been transferred to K.G.B.V., Dhanwar from K.G.B.V., Giridih. ( 2026:JHHC:24854 )

This Court is not accepting the said prayer; however, the instant application is hereby disposed of by giving a liberty to this petitioner to approach the Director Jharkhand Education Project Council (J.E.P.C.) by filing representation.
