Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach before the concerned authorities for returning of his articles, which was subsequently seized after the demolition proceedings. 4. Considering the aforesaid submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of, granting aforesaid liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the concerned authorities, if such an application is filed, the concerned authorities are directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law. 5.
