The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chhattarpur PS Case No.191 of 2025, for offence registered under section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 329(4), 115(2), 118, 109(1), 352, 351(2) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Palamau.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are case and counter case between the parties and the altercation took place due to land dispute. He next submits that both the sides have received the injury. He further submits that there are general and omnibus allegations of assault against all the accused persons. He also submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.13 of the petition and the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.1921 of 2026.

4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the allegations of assault are there and the injury has been received.

Eight persons have been made accused and there are general and omnibus allegations of assault and it has been pointed out that there are case and counter case between the parties and the petitioners’ side have also lodged the case for the injury received by the petitioners, i.e., Chhattarpur P.S. Case No.192 of 2025 and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.13 of the petition and the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail as aforesaid, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of their surrender/arrest, petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Palamau, in connection with Chhattarpur PS Case No.191 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
