JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 08-07-2026 Heard the parties. 2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Asarganj P.S. Case No. 173 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 140(3), 103(1), 238, 61(2)/3(5) of B.N.S. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 15.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31123 of 2025. 3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is the paramour of the deceased. She called the deceased and thereafter, the petitioner and her husband killed the deceased. 4 It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the trial is progressing and till now five out of eight witnesses have been examined. 5. Considering the gravity of offence, this Court finds Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40889 of 2026(2) dt.08-07-2026 2/2 no ground to review its earlier order. 6.
