GP FOR REVENUE 3 BKM,J W.P.No.12578 of 2026 The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2. This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.3 to 5 herein in interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of her property admeasuring Ac.4-61 Cents in Survey No.490-2 of Chenchugaripalli H/o. Kondagattupalli Village, Mudigubba Mandal, Sri Sathya Sai District. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 04.05.2026 submits that as per the RSR (Resurvey Settlement Register) and revenue records, the land in Sy.No.490 to an extent of Ac.5.05 cents of Kondagattupalli Village is classified as GU Gayalu. The land in Sy.No.490-2 in an extent of Ac.4.61 cents was assigned in favour of the petitioner dated 15.11.2007. The present petitioner has not been in possession of the subject land for the last so many years. The Revenue Authorities have not taken any action to dispossess or evict the petitioner from her land. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, recording the said instructions of the 4th respondent dated 04.05.2026, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. The said written instructions of the 4th respondent shall be made as part of the Court record. 4 BKM,J W.P.No.12578 of 2026 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
