1. Heard Mr. Ashwin Panickar, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Sourabh Sahu, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the Respondent No. 1/State and Mr. Brijesh Chand Mishra, Advocate along with Ms. Shailesh Priya, learned counsel for Respondent No. 2. 2. The present CrMP has been filed by the petitioners with the following relief:
"It is therefore, most humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash FIR bearing crime number 02/2026 registered with the Police Station Mahila Thana Sector 6 Bhilai District Durg and proceedings thereto, in the interest of justice."
3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the present case, the charge-sheet has been filed. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present Cr.M.P. with liberty to take recourse to law if the petitioners aggrieved by the charge-sheet. 3

The submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by learned counsel for the respondents. 5. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present Cr.M.P. stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 6.
