The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pandwa P.S. Case No. 25 of 2026, registered for the offence under Sections 85, 115(2), 117(2), 126(2) and 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamu at Daltonganj. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happens to be the husband of the informant and there are general and omnibus allegation and entire family members have been made accused. She submits that so far other family members are concerned, they have already been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the petitioner happens to be the husband and in view of that prayer for anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. On perusal of the FIR, it transpires that there are general and omnibus allegation and entire family members have been made accused and other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge, in that view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
