Copy whereof has been supplied to learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 2. From a perusal of the same, it is evident that the total outstanding payment on account of Dearness Relief to be paid to the petitioner was for a sum of Rs.56,517/-, out of which, Rs.19,866/- is stated to have already been disbursed. The balance amount of ₹36,651/- has been ordered to be paid to the petitioner in terms of instructions dated 21.09.2026 placed on record today in the Court. 1 Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. In view thereof, the present proceedings are closed. However, it is made clear that for any surviving grievance, the petitioner has the liberty to file appropriate proceedings.
