Agrawal (Order on Board) 01.07.2026 1. This MCC has been filed seeking modification in the order dated 09.04.2026, passed by this Court in WPS-1890-2020 (Smt. SAIFAN KHAN Digitally signed by SAIFAN KHAN 2 Prem Ujjawala Das v. State of Chhattisgarh and others), whereby due to inadvertence and typographical error in Para No.05 of the order it has wrongly been typed that petitioner’s husband, namely, SM Das (now deceased) was Class-II employee with the “respondent- Bank”, whereas it ought to have been “respondent No.5- Mahant Ghasidas Memorial Museum”. Hence, modification to that extent is prayed for. 2. Upon perusal of the record, this Court deem it appropriate to allow this MCC. Accordingly, in 2nd Line of Para No.05 of order dated 09.04.2026, passed by this Court in WPS-1890-2020 (Smt. Prem Ujjawala Das v. State of Chhattisgarh and others), the words “respondent-Bank”” be substituted with the words: “respondent No.5- Mahant Ghasidas Memorial Museum”. It is ordered accordingly. 3. Consequently, the present MCC is allowed. sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge s@if
