This is an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking impleadment of the State of Arunachal Pradesh, through the Secretary, Panchayati Raj, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, as respondent No. 6, being a necessary party for the proper adjudication of the subject matter in the writ petition, being WP(C)/49/2026. The prayer so made, not being objected to by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, is allowed. Accordingly, the Secretary, Panchayati Raj, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, be impleaded as respondent No. 6 in WP(C)/49/2026.
