1. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to set aside of the allotment order of the subject land to the respondent no.5 dated 1.9.2025 issued by the respondent no.4 for construction of Mangalik Bhawan upon the subject land ANNEXURE P/10. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to restrain the respondent authorities to not make any construction upon the subject land. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no.3 to consider and decided the stay application field by the petitioner dated 29.5.2026 ANNEXURE P/12 as early as possible. 10.4 Any other relief or reliefs may also be granted to the petitioner which this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time
3 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh duly constituted petition.
3. No objection has been raised from other side.
