It is brought to the notice of this Court that a typographical error has crept into the order dated 10.03.2026, wherein, in the prayer portion, “Pudukkottai District” has been mistakenly mentioned instead of “Thanjavur District.” Therefore, the prayer portion shall be modified Thanjur District instead of Pudukkottai District. Further, the first paragraph shall be replaced as follow: - '' This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to sub divide and issue separate patta for the properties situated in Survey No.354/2, 355/2, 356 in Valuthur Village, Papanasam Taluk, Thanjavur District with an extent about 2.43.75 Ares by considering the petitioner's application dated 03.05.2025 within a time period stipulated by this Court..'' 3.
