The brief facts of the case are that son of the petitioner, namely, Jahir and one girl-Rihana, daughter of Sehzad village Khori Jamalpur, District Faridabad, relationship with each other of their own free will and consent. However, the family members of the girl were opposing the said relationship. However, the family members of the girl were opposing the said relationship.
