In view of above, the present application is allowed and names of Ms. Vinod Kumari [respondent No. 1(e)] and Dharam Singh [proforma respondent No. 3] are ordered to be deleted subject to all just exceptions. Registry is directed to make necessary correction in the memo of parties. Amended memo of parties be filed within a period of one week. The application stands disposed of.
