ORAL ORDER
1. Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3.
2. Notice to respondent Nos.4 and 5 is dispensed with since they are not required to be heard in the matter.
3. Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. ISSUE A WRIT OF MANDAMUS commanding Respondent No. 3 (The Station House Officer, Puttenahalli Police Station) to strictly implement and execute the operative mandates of the Ex-Parte Order dated 22.11.2025 passed in Crl.Misc.No. 197/2025 by the B Annour Judicial Magistrate First Class (Traffic Court-V), Bengaluru) and provide immediate, ongoing police protection to ensure the physical safety and peaceful residence of the Petitioner and her children at the shared household at 2nd Floor, No. 95/C5, Near Gangadhareshwara Temple, Jaraganahalli, 6th Phase, J.P. Nagar, Bengaluru - 560 078.
b. DIRECT Respondent No. 2 (The Commissioner of Police, Bengaluru) to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the officers of Respondent No. 3 who willfully failed to protect an aggrieved woman despite explicit judicial orders.
c. PASS such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the order dated 22.11.2025 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class (Traffic Court-V), Bengaluru in Crl.Misc.No.197/2025 has not been implemented by the respondent No.3 despite the petitioner having approached respondent No.3.
5. Learned Additional Government Advocate on instructions submits that the said order has not been brought to the notice of respondent No.3. If a proper representation is made accompanied by the said order, respondent No.3 will take immediate action. His submission answers the grievance of the petitioner.
6. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation accompanied by the order copy, the petition stands disposed.
