Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Mayurhand P.S. Case No. 27 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 80(2), 3(5), 356(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, now said to have been pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Chatra. 2. During the course of hearing, it transpired that the victim was married to the petitioner on 22.02.2025 and she was found dead in her matrimonial house on 30.05.2025. 3. This Court finds that there is direct allegation against the petitioner and accordingly, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, this bail application is rejected. 4.
