The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Loyabad P.S. Case No. 11 of 2026, registered for the offence under Sections 191(2)/191(3)/190/115(2)/118(2)/126(2)/109(1)/324(4)/76, 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that on 20.05.2026 at approximately 14:30 hours, near the Bansjora ground under the jurisdiction of Loyabad Police Station, the accused Rajni Ravani, accompanied by her associates arrived in a convoy of 6 to 7 vehicles and armed with deadly weapons and sticks, formed an unlawful assembly, raised slogans, and created terror in the locality. He next submits that when this petitioner protested against their unlawful acts, the accused persons turned aggressive and began assaulting the people present at the spot and for that occurrence, the petitioner has lodged a case being Loyabad P.S. Case No. 10 of 2026 and thereafter in retaliation, the present case has been filed for the said occurrence. He then submits that for the said incident, the police has also registered a case being Loyabad P.S. Case No. 12 of 2026, in which also, it has come that this petitioner has sustained injury. He also submits that the petitioner is having no criminal

antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-14 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be provided to the petitioner. 4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there that the petitioner was the member of unlawful assembly. On this ground, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. Considering that the altercation took place and the informant side has gone to the spot and assaulted the petitioner and others, in which, the petitioner has received injury, for that the petitioner has lodged a case being Loyabad P.S. Case No. 10 of 2026 and for the same occurrence, the police has also registered the FIR being Loyabad P.S. Case No. 12 of 2026, in which, the informant has been made accused and thereafter the present case has been lodged by the informant and further the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-14 of the petition and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender before the learned court within four weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner, named above, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
25,000/- (twenty-five thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad, in connection with Loyabad P.S. Case No. 11 of 2026, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Dated:-14.08.2026 Amitesh/-
