It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 18.10.2024, bail has been granted to the petitioner by this Court with one of the conditions that the applicant will report once in a month before the concerned Police Station till the conclusion of the trial. 3. Considering the reason assigned in the present criminal miscellaneous petition, the order dated 18.10.2024 passed in B.A. No.7670 of 2024 is hereby modified to the extent that the applicant is exempted from reporting in the concerned police station. 4.
