This Court, vide order dated 21.11.2025, passed in MCRC Nos. 9446/2025, while rejecting the bail to the petitioner, namely, Kapoorchand Sao, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Saraipali, District – Mahasamund (C.G.), through the Principal District and Sessions Judge, District – Mahasamund (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 06.03.2026 has requested for grant of four month’s time for concluding the trial. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that the trial of the present case is at the stage of prosecution evidence, and out of 25 prosecution witnesses, a total of 8 prosecution witnesses are yet to be examined. Therefore, it is likely to take some time for concluding the trial. Therefore, he prays for grant of four month’s time for concluding the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. 7.
