Considering the nature of the order which I intend to pass it is not necessary to direct the respondents to file counter-affidavit and it is also not necessary to issue notice to the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a direction upon the Deputy Commissioner, Dhanbad to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner under Section 14 of the Securitization & Reconstruction of Financial Assets & Enforcement of Security Interest Act (hereinafter SARFAESI ACT).
3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his application is pending more than the statutory period, but the Deputy Commissioner, Dhanbad has not passed any order.
4. This Court in W.P(C) No. 4270 of 2026 has passed a detailed
order as to how petition under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act has to be dealt with.
5. In that application, the Deputy Commissioner, Jamshedpur along with others appeared online and they have undertaken that if the application is pending, it will be disposed of at the earliest.

Considering the aforesaid judgment and the purpose of Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, I direct the Deputy Commissioner, Dhanbad to dispose of this application within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the same to the petiti oner and ensure compliance of this order.
