Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2. It is submitted by all the concerned learned counsel for the parties that good sense had prevailed between the parties to this litigation and they have resolved their disputes. It is further submitted that a compromise petition duly notarized before the Notary Public, Jamtara, District - Jamtara, being number as 3573, dated 23rd June, 2025 has been filed along with Interlocutory Application being I.A. No. 13689 of 2025. 3. It has been further submitted that a map has also been prepared and share of each of the stakeholders, have been allotted. It has also been submitted that they are happy with the said settlement. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners in view of the aforesaid settlement, submits that now the grievance has been redressed and nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition, thus, he wants to withdraw the same. 5. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this writ petition stands allowed to be withdrawn.
