BEFORE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BUDI HABUNG ORDER 28.01.2026 Heard Mr. D. Soki, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. R. Basar, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 3, and Mr. M. Khambo, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 4 and 5. 2. This interlocutory application has been filed seeking impleadment of opposite party Nos. 1 and 2, namely Shri Khuti Mithi and Smti. Pomtheliang Mithi as party respondent Nos. 6 and 7 in WP(C) No. 599(AP)/2025. 3.
It is submitted that the above-named two persons were respondents in the earlier round of proceedings with regard to the ownership rights over the disputed land; however, inadvertently, the said opposite party Nos. 1 and 2 were not made as party respondents in the present writ petition. 4. By filing this application, the applicant/writ petitioner prays for their impleadment as respondent Nos. 6 and 7 in the aforementioned WP(C) No. 599(AP)/2025. 5. The prayer so made by the learned counsel for the applicant has not been objected to by the learned counsel for the respondents. 6. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed. 7. Let the opposite parties, namely Shri Khuti Mithi and Smti. Pomtheliang Mithi, be impleaded as party respondent Nos. 6 and 7 in the aforesaid writ petition being WP(C) No. 599(AP)/2025. 8. With the above observations, this interlocutory application stands allowed and disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
