Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the main accused/ Respondent No. 1/Amit Josh died on 09.11.2024 i.e., during the pendency of this appeal and he does not want to press this appeal against the other accused persons. 2. Learned State counsel has submitted the postmortem report of the main accused/Respondent No. 1- Amit Josh and stated that he does not dispute with the fact as stated by counsel for the appellant. 3. In view of death of the main accused/respondent No. 1-Amit Josh and as statement made by learned counsel for the parties and looking to the postmortem report dated 09.11.2024 of the deceased produced by the counsel for the State, it has been duly verified that the main accused died during the pendency of this appeal. However, learned counsel for the appellant does not want to press this appeal against the other accused persons. 4. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
