Civil Writ Petition No.14622/2020, the respondents have [2026:RJ-JP:10945] (2 of 2) [CCP-691/2024] sanctioned pensionary benefits to the petitioner by way of issuing PPO, GPO and CPO dated 12.03.2026. Above orders are taken on record. In view of the above statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, no case of deliberate and wilful contempt is made out. Hence, the contempt petition is dismissed and notices stand discharged.
