Mr.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, learned Government Advocate (Crl. By consent on either sides, this Writ Petition Criminal is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 02.05.2026 is yet to be considered by the third respondent. 5. Hence, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 02.05.2026 forthwith and grant permission subject to all necessary conditions and also restricting the time frame from 7.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. The petitioner shall also submit an undertaking affidavit before the third respondent stating that no obscenity will be exhibited and that no obscene songs will be performed. 6. With these directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
