Petitioner is similarly placed as the other accused who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 755 of 2026. Learned advocate for the State is unable to refute such contention. Having considered that the present petitioner is similarly placed as the other accused who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 755 of 2026 I direct the learned Trial Court to release the petitioner on same terms and conditions as the other accused Md Mijanur Rahaman @ Mijanur Rahaman who was granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 755 of 2026. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 916 of 2026 is allowed. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
