JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER Date : 16.02.2026 Mr. TT Tara, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that there are certain formal defects in the instant writ petition inasmuch as, the State of Arunachal Pradesh has not been arrayed in the proper manner. He further submits that the Arunachal Pradesh State Human Rights Commission has also to be made a party separately. 2. In that view of the matter, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to re-file by removing the formal defects. 3. Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal with liberty given to the petitioner to re-file by removing the formal effects. 4.
