By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ of direction, directing the respondent no.02 to decide the application of the petitioner dated RAGHVENDRA JAT Digitally signed by RAGHVENDRA JAT 2 21.04.2026, for the route Rajnandgaon to Dhamtari via Devri, Lohara, Balod, Gurur and back, on the Vehicle no. CG-08/AJ-9500, in accordance with law, within stipulated time. 10.2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that an application for grant of a ‘Permanent Stage Carriage’ on the route from Rajnandgaon to Dhamtari via Devri, Lohara, Balod, Gurur and and one trip back for the vehicle bearing registration No. CG 08/AJ-9500 is pending consideration before respondent No. 2. He would further submit that a direction may be issued to the respondent authority to take decision on the pending application dated 21.4.2026. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State would oppose the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, at this juncture, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent authority to decide the pending 3 application dated 21.4.2026 of the petitioner for grant of ‘Permanent Stage Carriage expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt / submission of copy of this order. 6.
