2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 31.07.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur in A.B.P. No. 960 of 2026, arising out of Govindpur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2025 whereby and whereunder the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected.
3. It has been submitted by learned Counsel for the appellant that the appellant was working in a managerial capacity in BHC Networking Pvt. Ltd.
4. It has been submitted that in similar circumstances, some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Appeal (DB) No. 37 of 2026 and Criminal Appeal (DB) No. 47 of 2026.

5. Learned A.P.P. though has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant, but has not disputed the aforesaid facts.
6. Regard being had to the above, we while setting aside the
order dated 31.07.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur in A.B.P. No. 960 of 2026, arising out of Govindpur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2025, direct the appellant to surrender before the learned Trial Court within a period of four weeks and on his surrender, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
7. This appeal is allowed.
