This Court while disposing of the writ petition on 05.07.2024 had only given the direction to respondent No.2- Director of Higher Education to examine the case of the petitioner in light of the judgment passed in LPA No.165 of 2021, titled, State of H.P. & Ors. vs. Surajmani & Anr., and LPA No.157 of 2022, titled, State of H.P. & Ors. vs. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Jagroop Singh, decided on 12.01.2023 and 03.04.2023, respectively. 3. Since the competent authority has now passed the order thereby rejecting the claim of the petitioners, the mandate contained in the judgment dated 05.07.2024, passed in CWPOA No.4251 of 2020, titled, Raj Kumar vs. State of HP & Ors., has duly been complied with and the petition is disposed of as having been fully satisfied. However, the petitioners, if aggrieved by the order of rejection, may take appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
