The present MCC has been filed under Section 152 read with Section 151 of CPC for correction of a typographical error in judgment dated 22/04/2026 passed by this Court in MAC/1602/2019 (Annexure P-1). 2. Inadvertently, in paragraph 6 of the award, the total compensation awarded by this Court has been mentioned as Rs. 6,29,543/-, however, it ought to be Rs. 5,82,043/- and as a result, in paragraph 7 of the award, the compensation enhanced by this Court has been mentioned as Rs. 1,83,060/- whereas it would come to Rs. 1,35,560/-. 3. Thus, the total compensation awarded by this Court, as mentioned in paragraph 6 of the award, be read as Rs. 5,82,043/- and the additional amount enhanced by this Court, as mentioned in paragraph 7 of the award, be read as 3 Rs. 1,35,560/-. The rest of the impugned award as passed by this Court shall remain intact. 4. Accordingly, the instant MCC is allowed and the impugned award is modified to the extent indicated herein-above.
