Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 96, 352 and 3(5) of B.N.S. 2023, in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 83 of 2025, arising out of Balbadda, P.S. Case No. 33 of 2025. 3. From the report received from the concerned trial court, it appears that all the witnesses have already been examined including the victim and her parents. 4. Having regard to the status of the case before the trial court, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of three months. 5. Accordingly, the instant bail application stands dismissed.
