1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. During pendency of this writ application one interlocutory application being I.A. No. 10297 of 2026 has been preferred by the petitioner annexing the order dated 22.07.2026, which is hereby allowed.
3. Accordingly, the interlocutory application stands
disposed of.

The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner praying for issuance of an appropriate writ/Rule/Direction or a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the part of the Notification contained in Memo No. 2727 dated 17.07.2026 (Annexure-3) issued under the signature of the Deputy Secretary, Rural Works Department, Government of Jharkhand, Ranchi whereby and whereunder the respondent no. 5 has been transferred from the post of Executive Engineer, Rural Works Department, Works Division, Dumka to the post of Executive Engineer, Rural Works Department, Works Division, Giridih and has been given the additional charge of Superintending Engineer, Rural Works Department, Works Circle, Giridih where the petitioner is posted without transferring the petitioner. And for any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled to.
5. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to approach respondent no.3 to raise his grievance.
6. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that there is no illegality in the order of transfer, however, if the petitioner so choose, he may approach respondent no.3 for reconsideration of the transfer order.
7. Having regard to the aforesaid circumstances, the instant writ application stands disposed of with the liberty as prayed for.
