Petitioner has preferred this petition seeking modification of the conditions stipulated in the order dated 13/02/2026 passed in GOURI MUDALIAR Digitally signed by GOURI MUDALIAR Date: 2026.06.30 14:44:57 +0530 2 MCRC No. 990/2026 whereby ad-interim bail was granted to the petitioner for a period of three months. 3. The petitioner was granted ad-interim bail for a period of three months by impugned order of this Court dated 13/02/2026 with the condition to furnish a bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two local sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court, as has been mentioned in the said order. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a poor person and his financial conditions are weak, and therefore, he is unable to comply with the conditions stipulated by this Court in order dated 13/02/2026 and therefore, he could not be released on bail. Hence, it is prayed that the said order may be modified. 5. Learned State counsel has no objection. 6. Having heard the learned counsel of the parties, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, specially considering the fact that the petitioner is a poor person and his financial conditions are weak, due to which, he is unable to comply with the conditions stipulated by this Court in order dated 13/02/2026, I deem it appropriate to direct that the petitioner- Karan Singh be released on ad-interim bail for a period of three months from the date of his release on his furnishing a bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. 3 7. In view of the above, the condition mentioned as ‘two local sureties’ in the order dated 13/02/2026 passed in MCRC No. 990/2026, be modified and read as only ‘two sureties’. 8.
