When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. Balakrishna, learned counsel, representing Mr. Jada Sravan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, both the parties compromised, and pursuant to a petition filed under Section 257 CrPC seeking permission to withdraw the D.V.C., the D.V.C. was dismissed as withdrawn by the Court below, vide Order dated 18.12.2025, and in view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in the present Criminal Petition and the same has become in fructuous. In view of the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as in fructuous.
