Learned counsel for the opp. party no.10 has prayed to accept the show cause in the Court. 2. The same is taken on record. 3. The present contempt case has been filed against the opp. parties for alleged willful and deliberate non-compliance of the order dated 02.04.2024 passed in W.P.(S) No. 2933 of 2014. 4. Mr. S.P. Roy, learned counsel for the opp. party no.10 has filed the show cause stating inter alia therein that a sum of Rs. 1,35,68,594/- has been sanctioned by way of principal amount to be paid in favour of one or the other petitioners but the issue of identification is coming in the way. 5. Mr. Amit Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the part of the order pertaining to the interest part to the extent of 6% per annum as has been assessed and directed to be paid in favour of the petitioners in addition to the principal amount is yet to be released since there is no reference to that effect in the show cause filed today by the opp. party no.10. He has further submitted that so far as the issue of identification which is being raised by the opp. party no.10 is concerned, the principal amount has been paid directly through Cheque in the account of the petitioner nos.1 & 2, namely, Sudhir Prasad and Ramesh Chandra Pandey respectively. Therefore, he has given suggestion that if such mode has been adopted of transmission of amount directly to the bank account of one or the other ex-employees then, the same modus operandi may be adopted in making payment in favour of the rest ex- employees or the legal heirs. 7. Mr. S.P. Roy, learned counsel for the opp. party no.10 has submitted that the learned counsel for the petitioners may be directed to furnish the respective account numbers of one or the other petitioners. 8. Upon this, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that within a week the account numbers of petitioners will be furnished to Mr. S.P. Roy, learned counsel so that it be transmitted onwards to the opp. party no.10 who in turn will transmit the account numbers to the concerned authority where the amount has been transmitted, i.e., the Executive Engineer-cum-DDO, North Koel Dam and Barrage Division, Mohammadganj (Palamu). 9. The concerned authority will transmit the principal amount in favour of the respective remaining petitioners as the amount has been transmitted in favour of the petitioner nos.1 & 2 and in addition thereto, the payable interest amount shall also be transmitted in the account of the respective petitioners along with petitioner nos.1 & 2. 10. The opp. party no.10 shall call for a report from the Executive Engineer-cum-DDO, North Koel Dam and Barrage Division, Mohammadganj (Palamu) on the issue of disbursement of the said amount in the respective account of the petitioners to ensure that the amount has actually been paid in the respective account of the petitioners. 11. Such exercise will be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of furnishing of the account numbers by the learned counsel for the petitioners to Mr. S.P.
