Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is similarly placed as the other accused persons who have been granted bail on 16.02.2026 in CRM(M) 2635 of 2025. Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail, but is unable to refute the contentions of the petitioner that similarly placed accused persons have been granted bail. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is similarly situated as the other accused persons who have been granted bail on 16.02.2026 in CRM (M) 2635 of 2025, I am of the opinion that the present petitioner viz., Palash Mondal be released on bail by the learned Trial Court on the same terms and conditions as the other accused who have been granted bail in CRM (M) 2635 of 2025. 2 Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Memo of Evidence submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The application for bail, being CRM (M) 822 of 2026, is, thus, disposed of. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
