Heard the parties.

It is the case of the petitioners that all the petitioners

have been declared successful but the appointment letter has not yet been issued.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that if the petitioners file a representation, before respondent No.3-, their case will be considered and if it is found that the petitioners are otherwise eligible, appropriate order will be passed.

Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioners to file a representation within four weeks before respondent No.3. On receipt of the said representation, the case of the petitioners will be considered within six weeks.
5.
If it is found that the petitioners are entitled for any benefits, the same will be granted within two weeks thereafter.
6.
If the claim of the petitioners is rejected, reasoned
order will be communicated to them within the aforesaid period.
7.
With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.
