UNNI KRISHNAN NAIR ORDER Date : 11.02.2026 The present application has been instituted by the applicant, who is the petitioner in the connected writ petition being WP(C).No.3411/2023, for deletion of the name of respondent no.11 from the array of the respondents in the said writ petition. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel representing the respondents. On a perusal of the contentions made in the Interlocutory Application and on appreciating the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer made in the present application mandates acceptance. Accordingly, the name of the respondent no.11 in the connected writ petition is permitted to be deleted from the array of respondents.
