The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bodhi Bigha P.S. Case No. 76/2024 registered for the offences punishable under Section 103 of B.N.S. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner, along with the other co-accused, is alleged to have brutally murdered the deceased by slitting his throat. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Learned counsel further submits that he has two criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 14.06.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial. 5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34902 of 2026(2) dt.08-07-2026 2/2 for regular bail of the petitioner. 6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 7.
