Heard the parties.

Though the petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for different reliefs which are as follows:-
“1. For issuance of an appropriate writ(s) in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the Employees’ Provident Fund authorities and its concerned officials (particularly respondent Nos.4 & 5) that upon giving an opportunity of representation and hearing to the petitioner, to reconcile the payments already made by the petitioner institute towards discharge of its EPF liability corresponding to the it’s PF Code No.JH/10332

and accordingly, the adjustment of the said payments be
directed to be made. And/Or For issuance of an appropriate writ(s) in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the Employees’ Provident Fund authorities and its concerned officials (particularly respondent Nos.4 & 5) to provide the break-up statement of the employee’s Provident Fund contribution and the dues thereupon, if any. And/Or For issuance of an appropriate writ(s) in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the Employee’s Provident Fund authorities and its concerned officials (particularly respondent Nos.4 & 5) to consider the representations dated 30.03.2026, 07.04.2026, 08.06.2026 and 29.07.2026 made by the petitioner before the Employees’ Provident Fund Authorities.”
but the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that suffice it would be if a direction is given to the respondents to reconcile the accounts so that the petitioner come to know the exact amount which the petitioner is entitled to pay and what they have deposited.

Considering the said submission, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the EPFO submits that if the petitioner approaches respondent No.4, with all the documents, their case can be considered and appropriate authority will sit with the Principal of petitioner’s school and will reconcile the accounts, if necessary.

Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to approach respondent No.4 within two weeks from today. Once the petitioner approaches respondent No.4, the respondent No.4 will nominate his representative, who will reconcile the records and thereafter, if it is found that the same needs to be corrected, the same will be done or else if the records are in order, the petitioner will deposit the amount which they are liable to pay.

The entire process should be concluded within a period of three weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands
disposed of.
