1. By this petition, petitioner herein is seeking direction upon respondents to demarcate and transfer the ownership of the land measuring 1 Kanal under Survey Nos. 1308 and 1318 given to the petitioner in lieu of his land illegally acquired by the respondents, with a further direction upon respondents to restrain them from causing any interference in the aforesaid land.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied, in case the present writ petition is treated as representation and
disposed of at this stage, thereby directing the respondents to accord
consideration to the representation, strictly in conformity with the rules, within a reasonable time period.
3. Be that as it may, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to accord consideration to the representation, in accordance with the rules and law occupying the field, within a period of six weeks from the date copy of the writ petition along with annexures is served upon them.
4. Disposed of in the manner as indicated above.
