After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate application under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. 3. Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection in case such an application is filed by the petitioner under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. 4. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, the petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in respect of the grievance raised in the present petition. In turn, the authorities concerned are directed to consider and decide the said application in accordance with law, expeditiously. 5.
