Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application for issuance of the passport but during the pendency of the present writ application the passport authorities have issued the passport to the petitioner which is valid up till April 8, 2036. 4. Considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that nothing remains in the present writ application. 5. Accordingly, WPA 5724 of 2026 is dismissed as infructuous. (Krishna Rao, J.)
